Sliding Scale Pricing

This system allows us as a community to ensure all our neighbors have the same access to the same quality meat and meat skills education. We depend on your honesty to make this system work.

TIER 1 100% for households with expendable income and no history of food insecurity. Tier 1 reflects the full cost of sourcing and processing your meat. A portion of each Tier 1 sale is put toward purchasing freezers for those who can’t afford one.

TIER 2 90% for mid-to-low income households currently facing financial challenges.

TIER 3 50% for households with financial hardship, a history of food insecurity, or who cannot afford the cost of high-quality meat in co-ops or grocery stores.

TIER 4 FREE for food-insecure households. We offer meat and a freezer (when supplies allow) to nourish your household. If you have nothing to put on the table today, please contact us as soon as you can, and we will work together to find a quick solution.

We will ask for your preferred Tier while coordinating services, but please feel free to contact us about this system at any time.
