On-farm slaughter: $75/head for pork, lamb, goat. $100/head for beef.
$1.50/lb processing, “butchers choice” cuts and grinding.
Vacuum sealed in plastic or wrapped in freezer paper.
Sausage is an additional $2/lb (bulk) or $3/lb (1/4lb links)
Curing and Smoking availability TBD.
Poultry
Chicken: $6/bird whole, shrink-wrapped. 25 bird minimum.
Turkey/Ducks/Geese: $10/bird whole/shrink-wrapped. 10 bird minimum.
